INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your registration for the Suryoyo Youth Gathering (SYG USA) 2026. By accessing this website and registering for the event, you agree to comply with these terms.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Registration is strictly open to individuals aged 18 and older at the time of the event. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. SYG USA reserves the right to request proof of age (ID) at check-in.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS

  • Fees: All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure online payment system.

  • Refunds: All cancellations are subject to our [Refund Policy].

  • Transfers: Ticket transfers are permitted until June 15, 2026, subject to approval by the organizing committee.

CODE OF CONDUCT

SYG USA is a spiritual and cultural gathering. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values of the Syriac Orthodox Church.

  • Behavior: Harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior towards other attendees, staff, or hotel personnel will not be tolerated.

  • Substance Policy: The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

  • Expulsion: SYG USA reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if they violate this Code of Conduct.

HOTEL & VENUE LIABILITY

  • Damages: You are personally responsible for any damage you cause to the Boston Marriott Newton property, including your hotel room. The hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card on file for any damages or smoking fees incurred.

  • Rooming: While we strive to honor roommate requests, final room assignments are at the discretion of the organizing committee.

MEDIA RELEASE

  • By attending SYG USA, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed during the event. You grant SYG USA the right to use your image and likeness in future promotional materials, social media content, and on our official website without compensation.
